Saturday, May 4, 2013, Postholders will be out in their precincts sharing information about the Rockdale County Democratic Party as well as registering people to vote. Look for them in a public area in your precinct!

In front of a standing room only crowd, a new executive board and all postholders were sworn in on Friday, February 1, 2013 by Judge Phinia Aten and Judge Charles Mays.

Join us on Saturday, Oct. 20 at the Olde Town Fall Festival. The Rockdale Dems’ booth is a great place to meet fellow Democrats, elected officials and candidates. We need YOUR help to set up, greet visitors, or break down. This is always a fun event and this year we’ll have T-shirts, yard signs and more.

Please volunteer to spend an hour or two at the Rockdale Dems booth so we can have a good showing. To do your part, call 678-964-7237.

Here is the link to see the new Republican GA political maps that were created (with NO input/support from Democratic leaders) to isolate minority voters, dillute Rockdale’s voice at the Capitol and secure their majority for years to come. Grrr!! rj

On Saturday, August 6th GA Dems all over the state will host Day of Action events.

Our Day of Action event is at Pine Log Park. We’ll start by keeping our park beautiful with a cleanup. Then we’ll grill some hotdogs, eat cake for President Obama’s birthday and enjoy the day with friends/family!

Cost: Donations Welcomed! Event is free and open to public.
Time: 8am – 12noon
Driving Directions to Pine Log Park:
From Interstate 20, take exit 82 (GA Highways 138 & 20) and head north. Pine Log Park is on the left after you pass QuikTrip.
